Breakfast:
ReplyDeleteBacon and mushroom omelette. Side of bacon and roast potatoes. Bulletproof coffee.
Lunch:
Carrot soup and left over steelhead, kale and yams.
Apple and almond butter.
Rx bar before going to the gym.
Dinner:
Apple and Dijon flavoured burgers with an egg and sautéed mushrooms on it. Side of roasted red pepper and mini potatoes. It was delish.
