Day 21st: Sunday October 19th

Day 21!

Not going to lie it feels good to write down day 21, getting close to day 30. I am in the groove, my cravings are gone and it is surprisingly not that hard anymore. But yet, I miss baking, I miss baking treats for my family, I miss enjoying them on Sunday night dinner.

But we are on the homestretch. And hopefully I am in this alone! Keep posting peeps. It can get lonely on the blog. 😊

    Eggs and Bacon and Banana

    Lunch

    greek salad minus the feta and a piece of chicken

    snacks

    apple/lara bar/ cashews and almonds

    dinner

    Thanksgiving dinner with the whole family this time :)

    Won't be in the gym much this week as its a crazy week for me and I have started to paint and crown mould my apartment :(

  2. Boring day of eating for me. I was in Whistler with limited supplies.

    Breakfast:
    Blueberry turkey patty, banana and almond butter and a couple eggs. Bulletproof coffee.

    Lunch:m
    Another blueberry patty and a couple more eggs scrambled on top of wilted spinach. Apple and alond butter.

    Snacked on biltong and a couple dried figs when I got home.

    Dinner:
    Pulled pork, roasted butternut squash and broccoli. Peppermint tea, didn't crave any sweets tonight.

  3. Gonna try and come by during the day mid afternoon or after I pick up gman from daycare... hopefully I can get in today at least and maybe at night the rest of the week... hopefully I am a speedy worker.

    mixed berry drink with Tbs of almond butter
    banana

    dinner
    jerk chicken with steamed spinach and green salad with tomatoes and cucumbers
