  4. So.....I cheated on Saturday night. I had yam fries and a couple lime margaritas...now as much as this sucks for me it was planned. It was Risto's birthday. This was the main reason I started this a week early. Anyhow thought I would share my shame with you all.

    Sunday:
yam, egg, chicken, pulled pork hash...
Pre workout 1 cup yam and pulled pork
Post workout 1 cup yam and 2 sausages
Dinner will be a coconut curry that I will post the recipe for shortly. Its super yummy.

I have without a doubt more energy eating like this. Body is starting to get used to not needing as many calories so I'm getting less hungry which is good. Also feeling my conditioning workouts are improving. I did Fridays invictus comp wod which consisted of on the min 30 double unders, 10 pullups next minute was 10 burpee box jumps (this was horrible each round) and then I did the next minute as 10 rep 135 bench press. The workout was tough but made it through.

    1. I also prepped some egg muffins for breakfast this week.
I lined muffin tins with one slice of prosciutto and beat one egg in each cup with seasoning and a couple chopped up cherry tomatoes. Baked in oven at 350 for about 25 minutes. Make sure to use non-stick muffin tins and spray them first.
