  1. Breakfast:
    Groundhog Day, more left over pulled pork with a couple scrambled eggs and roasted squash and sautéed spinach. Bulletproof coffe.

    Lunch:
    Burger patty, roasted brocoli and squash. A few pieces of coconut flakes.

    Snack:
    Apple and almond butter.

    Dinner:
    Left over roast chicken, cabbage,onions and carrots.
    Berries in coconut milk.

    L: 2 steak skewers, butternut squash, roasted veggies
    S: half avocado
    Post workout: recovery drink, protein drink
    D: coconut milk and spinach soup with halibut and shrimp
