Day 29th: Monday October 27th

Second to last day!

Time to start thinking about what life looks like after the Whole30.

  1. Breakfast:
    Bacon and mushroom omelette. Side of bacon and roast potatoes. Bulletproof coffee.
    Lunch:
    Carrot soup and left over steelhead, kale and yams.
    Apple and almond butter.

    Rx bar before going to the gym.

    Dinner:
    Apple and Dijon flavoured burgers with an egg and sautéed mushrooms on it. Side of roasted red pepper and mini potatoes. It was delish.

    Soup and left over salmon /rice for lunch.
    Same dinner as Annie
    Fruits, nuts, rx bar, biltong for snacks today.
