Last day! Last post!Breakfast:Bison sausage with sautéed onions and spinach. A couple of eggs scrambled. Bulletproof coffee.A banana with almond butter before the gym.Lunch:Left over Apple dijon burger on a bed of lettuce with grilled mushrooms, peppers and mini-potatoes. A date for sweet,Snacked on an RX bar.Dinner:Pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy with roasted greens. So good. Recipe on my FB.
