Day 28th: Sunday October 26th

Home stretch!

We are almost there team.

Post meals to comment and stay on track, we have gone too far to give up now.

    citrus salad
    steam beans and carrots

    dinner
    romaine salad with bacon, pancetta and olive oil

    dessert
    apple, banana, coconut water haha....

  2. Breakfast:
    Love waking up with lots of time to cook and eat on Sundays.
    Sautéed some kale and cooked some bacon in the oven. Scrambled eggs and some pomegranate. Bulletproof coffee.
    Lunch:
    Chorizo, sauerkraut, cherry tomatoes, coleslaw. An apple.
    Dinner:
    Ginger carrot soup. Steelhead trout, roasted kale, yams. Berries in coconut milk.
    Herbal tea.

  3. Ditto to the above. Also added some rice to my meals, plus an rx bar, 2 shakes, nuts, and fruit through the day.

  4. Is the dwindling commentary that people have fallen off or is it that everyone is tired of posting the same meals over and over. I hope it's the latter and if that is the case you should post as that just verifies to everyone else that we are all doing the same thing. If not for Annie making me meals, it would be groundhog day for me!!!
