Day 27th: Saturday October 25th

HappySaturday!

Ran a hard 10K trail race this morning. Now I feel like I earned the right to eat everything in sight! Lol But I will stay on track and go for a burger without the bun, the sauce or anythi g really fun because I can see the finish line. We are so close guys!

  2. Breakfast:
    A couple eggs with bacon and roast veggies. Bulletproof coffee.
    A banana with almond butter before my run.
    Lunch:
    Left over chicken tikka masala on top of cauliflower rice and roasted acorn squash.
    Dinner:
    Double patty burger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickle and baba ghanoush. Yam fries. And a sad Apple and almond butter for dessert when all I was really craving was moose track icecream!
