    Bison sausage, a couple of scrambled eggs, roast spinach and yams. Bulletproof coffee.
    Snack:
    RX Bar
    Lunch:
    Left over stew on spinach and a cup of cauliflower soup.
    Half an apple and almond butter.

    1. Dinner was Chicken Tikka Masala. Super easy in the slow-cooker. Recipe is posted on my FB. I served it on cauliflower rice with roasted Acorn squash and a spoon of coconut butter for a treat.
