Day 25th: Thursday October 23rd

Okay team! Time to stay strong. 25 days may seem long enough to you, one more weekend may seem like a real drag. But let's see this thing through and finish strong and stay on track. What's 6 more days, we've already went 24.

  1. Managing on the road. Bacon sausage and eggs for breakfasts. Chicken salad one day. Grilled chicken and veg for lunch the other. Steak veg and baked potato night one. Very average salmon dish night two. Brazilian steakhouse tonight though which was delicious and easy. Gilles pineapple with cinnamon makes a great dessert.

    chicken breast
    baked potato
    sliced tomatoes with olive oil
    apple

    Can't wait to finish this diet. :D I mean it has been quite an adventure

  3. Breakfast:
    Mushroom and bacon omelet at work minus the cheese with a side of roast potatoes.

    A couple of dates prior to my run.

    Lunch:
    Big spinach salad with chicken and a baked potatoe topped with almond butter and cinnamon.

    Dinner:
    Cauliflower soup and beef stew on top of spinach. Berries in coconut milk again. :)
