  1. Breakfast:
    Finished the pulled pork, couple scrambled eggs, sautéed kale and half a banana with almond butter. And of course my bulletproof coffee.
    Lunch:
    Left over chicken and cabbage.
    Snack:
    Apple and almond butter. A cup of bone broth.
    Dinner:
    Chorizo, cabbage, sauerkraut. Berries in coconut cream.
    Peppermint tea.

    leftover veggies from today's lunch with a chicken breast with lime zest

    banana
    lara bar
    sante fe chicken salad for lunch whole thirty style
    dinner was tuna steak over a nice salad
