Day 18th...time flies when you are having fun!

    Breakfast:
    Scrambled eggs, bacon and fruits. Bulletproof coffee.

    A banana, almond milk, cinnamon and almond butter shake pre-run.

    Lunch:
    Burger patty on a kale salad with roasted veggies and yams.

    Snack:
    Apple and almond butter.

    Dinner:
    Breaded chicken (in cashews), coleslaw and roasted cumin carrots.
    Berries in coconut milk and peppermint tea.

    S: grapes and almond butter.. Leftover yam

    Artichocke with olive oil & lemon juice, roast yam and sausage
