Day 16: Tuesday October 14th

Here we go, home stretch!

How is everyone feeling, we survived the holiday long weekend. Another work week begins and meals are planned. I am ready to finish this strong!

    1. Glad you found Larabars, hope you like them, they make a good snack while on the go. But remember dried fruits are still high in sugar.
      And FYI peanuts are not paleo as they are a legume.

  2. Breakfast:

    3 eggs and Deer (boring)
    3 cups of black coffee

    Lunch

    Big salad with veggies and bacon and Avacado and a chicken breast and yam fries... made whole 30 friendly by the boys at the hall much to there bitching and whining.

    SNack - Yam Fries

    Dinner

    Left over turkey and mashed potatoes and a fruit smoothy that is about to be created.

  3. Breakfast: banana, 2 coffees with cinnamon
    Lunch: leftover spaghetti squash with ground beef, italian sausage & veggies
    dinner: left over turkey in coconut milk with veggies and salad with avocado, cucumbers, blueberries and tomatoes

    had some almonds throughout the day too

    i've been craving sushi all day :(

  5. Breakfast :
    Had some of my breakfast casserole I made for the week, it has ground pork, eggs, kale, sweet potatoes. Super filli with coffee, kept me full until lunch.

    Lunch:
    Left over pork tenderloins, mashed and gravy with asparagus. A few grapes and an Americano.

    Snack:
    Apple and almond butter.

    Dinner:
    Lamb sausage, roasted squash and Brussels sprouts. Berries in coconut milk.
    Tea.

  6. Had breakfast casserole...twice today.
    Pork, mashed and asperagus.
    Sausages for dinner...hmmm see above.

    Also had turkey sausage, fruits, rx bar, lara bar, and almond butter for snacks.
