Day 13: Saturday October 11th

  1. It's getting lonely in here, I hope all my friends come back!

    Breakfast:
    A couple of eggs scrambled, sautéed kale, bacon, roasted butternut squash. Bulletproof coffee. More decaf later and a half apple before the gym with almond butter.

    Lunch:
    Chorizo, big salad with a yummy tahini dressing and some yams. A date with almond butter, more coffee....

    Dinner:
    Scott made delicious slouvlakis and barbecued some peppers and zuchinis with roasted mini-potatoes. I made a paleo tatziki to go with and it was delish. We had friends over and watched them eat brownies and icecream.. Painful! But I made Scott and I icecream in the Vitamix with frozen cherries, coconut milk and a little bit of banana. It hit the spot for sweets craving!

    D: spaghetti squash with homemade pasta sauce, meatballs, braciole

    1. Hey Brett, how's your energy been since going Whole30? That seems to me like today could have used a little more carbs, try adding yams or white potatoes. Your dinner seems small. Especially since you went to the gym yesterday.
