Day 12: Friday October 10th

Here we go! Another weekend and a holiday to boot! Time to be strong and keep our eyes on our goals.

  2. Breakfast:
    Couple of homemade breakfast sausage, two fried eggs and a little roasted broccoli. Bulletproof coffee.

    A coupe of hours later I ate a banana and almond butter.

    Lunch:
    Left over shredded chicken, mashed yams, sliced tomatoes and green sauce.
    Berries in coconut cream.

    Snack:
    Rx Bar before the gym and a decaf Americano.

    Dinner:
    Salmon, Kale and butternut squash with a super yummy coconut oil, coconut aminos and Siracha dressing, I posted the recipe on the Lions FB page.
    A couple of dates with almond butter for treats.
    Herbal tea.
