Day 10: Wednesday October 8th






Day 10
Is it starting to feel easier or are we starting to feel like this?

  1. Breakfast:
    Went big ahead to fuel my busy morning. Cooked up some kale in ghee with chorizo and a couple of eggs. Served it with cherry tomatoes and sauerkraut.
    With my usual bulletproof of course.
    Lunch:
    Left over stew with mashed cauliflower and roasted Brussels sprouts. A spoonful of coconut butter and more decaf.

    1. Snack:
      Had a bowl of bone broth an hour before lifting.
      Dinner:
      Grilled sausages from our fave butcher in East Van. Roasted peppers, broccoli and yam and a little salad.
      Berries and coconut milk for dessert.

    4 eggs scrambled, two apple pork sausages & a banana

    lunch
    Rx bar
    mixed berry smoothie w/ tsp of almond butter
    chicken breast

    dinner
    caesar with homemade dressing & bacon bits
    spinach cooked w/ GHEE
    & another chicken breast

    L: salad with a sliced up chicken breast
    S: avocado and shrimps
    D: asparagus, salmon, roast potatoes

  4. I hurt my knee at work last week and I Havnt been active which has proved difficult for my goal of eating less this week out of shear boredom...
    B:2 coffees a banana and 3 eggs
    S: some leftover chicken
    L: more leftover chicken... I hope to be more creative tomorrow
    S: almond butter with Apple slices
    D:yes the last of my chicken!!
    And then whilst I continue my tv marathon I have been munching on grapes and almond butter

  5. Meal 1: egg muffins and fruit with almond butter, coffee
    Meal 2: Back bacon and eggs over kale and tomatos, coffee
    Meal 3: leftover beef on mashed cauliflower. Lara bar
    Meal 4: Butternut soup with proscuitto
    Meal 5: Lamb sausage with yams and broccoli
    Had an rx bar, fruit, nuts as snacks.

    L: 3 sirloin burger patties (office lunch)
    S: 2 turkey pepperoni sticks
    D: pita with hummous (just a few pieces)

    apple and almond butter
    almonds/raisins
    strawberries smoothy with coconut milk
    coconut curry with veggies and chicken in it
    apple
